Salt Drying Unit
As Yigitbasi Salt Machinery, we design and produce the machines in the drying section, one of the most important parts of a salt processing plant, by using completely domestic products.
DRYING UNIT EQUIPMENT
1. FLUID-BED DRYER
Fluid-bed dryer, designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery, is a machine used to dehumidify the salt.
*Lower shell plate of dryer is 8000 * 1400 * 12 mm.
* Width of dryer is 1400 mm.
* Dryer vibration engine is 7,5 KW 1000 rpm.
* Screen opening of dryer is 1400*8000*0,25 mm type 316 chrome.
* Screen sheet plates of dryer is 10*40 mm 304 chromium plate .
*Tedge is 1400*750 mm.
*Upper Shell plate of oven is type 304 chrome .
*Upper shell supports of oven are 10 * 40 mm.
2. SUCTION FAN
Suction fan from the drying unit equipment.
*Fan outlet is 1015*915 mm.
*Shell plate is 5 mm.
*Fan motor is 55 KW 1500 rpm.
*Suction will be through the powder cyclone.
*Atmospheric pressure of fan is 64.000 m3.
*Fan inlet is 1150 mm.
3. PRESSURE FAN
Pressure fan from the drying unit equipment.
* Fan outlet is 1015*915 mm.
* Shell plate is 5 mm.
* Fan motor is 55 KW 1500 rpm.
* Pumps hot air into the oven.
* Atmospheric pressure of fan is 64.000m3.
* Fan inlet is 1150 mm.
4. QUICK FREEZING FAN
Quick freezing fan from the drying unit equipment.
* Fan outlet is 500*510 mm.
* Shell plate 5 mm.
* Fan motor is 15 KW 1500 rpm
* Pumps cold air into the oven.
* Atmospheric pressure of fan is 16.000 m3.
5. DUST CYCLONE
Dust cyclone from the drying unit equipment.
*Dust cyclone 2750 mm in diameter.
*Length is 6800 mm.
*Made of 3 mm type 304 chrome.
*Machine feet made from 200*200*4 mm box sections.
6.THERMOBLOCK
Thermoblock from the drying unit equipment.
* Outer body diameter of Thermoblock is 1800 mm.
* Inner body diameter of Thermoblock is 1000 mm.
* Outer body of Thermoblock is made of 4 mm sheet.
* Inner body of Thermoblock is made of type 304 chrome.
*Length of Thermoblock is 3000 mm.
7. FLUE PIPES
Flue pipes from the drying unit equipment.
*Flue pipe diameter is 630 mm.
*3 mm type 304 chrome.
*Flue pipe dimensions are produced incompliance with the upper mouth of the oven.
*Pipes have three outlets.
