Screening and bagging machines, one of the most important equipment of the salt processing plant that we have produced, assembled, maintained and installed, are prerequisite for the plant.

SCREENING & BAGGING AND TABLETING UNIT
1. SCREENING MACHINE
Screening machine designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery.
* Screen length is 8000 mm.
* Screen width is 2350 mm.
* Screen height is 1900 mm.
*Drum diameter of screen is 1600 mm and length is 8000 mm.
* The whole screen is divided into 7 classes.
*Screen motor is 7.5 KW 40 rpm.
2. ELEVATOR
Elevator designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery
* Elevator roundtrip diameter is 520×280 mm.
* Elevator bucket thickness is 3 mm.
* 3 buckets per 1 meter.
* Elevator belt thickness is 4 layers of 10 mm.
* Elevator motor is 7.5 KW 36 rpm.
* Elevator drum diameter is 480 mm.
* Length is 15 meters.
3. BAGGING MACHINE
25-50 kg bagging machine designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery.
* Single scale bagging machine.
* Single conveyer-fed reducing and cutting valves are available
* Machine works with PLC automatic weight system.
* Machine has a tonnage of 10-16 sacks per minute depending on worker’s productivity.
4. TABLETTING MACHINE
Full automatic tablet salt machine designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery.
