Salt Cyclone Unit
Cyclone unit ,used to remove unwanted and unnatural particles on the salt, washes and cleans the salt and prepares it for the next stage. Cyclone unit and its parts developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery are completely domestic production.
CYCLONE UNIT EQUIPMENT
1. MIXER CYCLONE
Mixer cyclone designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery.
*Cyclone diameter is 1250 mm.
*Cyclone overflow opening is 400 mm.
*Cyclone height is 2500 mm.
*Mixer motor is 7,5 kw 40 rpm.
*Cyclone counterforts are 4 mm 150*150* box sections.
2. BIG CYCLONE
Mixer big cyclone designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery.
* Cyclone diameter is 1250 mm.
* Cyclone overflow opening 400 mm.
* Cyclone height is 2500 mm.
* Mixer motor is 7,5 kw 40 rpm.
* Cyclone counterforts are 150*150*4 mm box sections.
3. HYDROCYCLONE
Mixer hydrocyclone designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery.
*Hydrocyclone diameter is 350 mm.
*Inlet is 139 mm.
*Outlet is 139 mm.
4. MASSECUITE PUMP
Massecuite pump designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery.
*Hourly capacity is 100 tons.
*Total head is 30 meters.
*Motor is 22 KW 1400 rpm
*Inlet port 5” and outlet port 4” are 100 mm.
5. RAW SALT BUNKER
Raw salt bunker designed and developed by Yiğitbaşı Machinery.
*Upper opening part is 230*230 cm
*Side supporting angle trims are 70 cm.
*Conveyer feet are 100*100 mm box sections.
*Height of the conveyer feet is 300 mm
*Gate with mechanical slide-in at the lower opening.
*Bunker sheet is 2 mm type 304 stainless sheet.
